Aspect Ratio Modifier

The Aspect Ratio modifier constrains a layer’s dimensions to the aspect ratio of the given size.

Overview

Use the Aspect Ratio modifier to constrain a layer’s dimensions to a specific Aspect Ratio and Mode.

The Aspect Ratio parameter is a size that specifies the ratio of width to height while the Mode parameter indicates whether the layer should Fit or Fill its parent.

In this example, the Ellipse has a 3:4 width-to-height ratio and scales to Fill its Frame.
