Offset Modifier
The Offset modifier offsets a layer by specified horizontal and vertical distances.
Overview
Use the Offset modifier to shift where the parent layer places its child by moving it from its default center position by the amount specified in the x and y parameters.
- X - The horizontal distance to offset the layer
- Y - The vertical distance to offset the layer

The original dimensions of a layer aren’t changed by offsetting the contents.</div>
